3. Artwork Representation & Colors

  • Every effort is made to present the original artworks as accurately as possible in terms of color and detail.

  • Please note that slight color variations may occur depending on your screen settings, browser, or device. Such minor variations are a natural result of digital displays and do not constitute a product fault.

4. Orders, Payments & Taxes

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • International Customs & Taxes: Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees according to the destination country's regulations. All additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Dispatch: Orders are packaged securely and dispatched within 5–7 business days after receiving payment.

  • Returns: If you wish to return an item, please notify us by email and ensure the item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item immediately and email us so we can resolve the issue.
